The coach operator Tide is able to provide Norwegian Travel with a self-service customer portal from Ferdia.
The customer portal is solving the needs of the following user roles:
-Booking office in eastern Europe
-Trip dispatcher in Tromsø, Norway
-Trip contact person on site by the bus
The Ferdia system is providing Norwegian Travel to get:
•One-stop-shopping throug a digital channel
•One platform to book and manage the transportation with realtime information
•Manage changes minute by minute and therefor keeping cost under control and customers happy
The Ferdia system is a huge strategic advantage for Norwegian Travel as we are now the only company in the Nordics that can manage our transportation on this level.
